Ginger and courgettes prawns

  • Courgettes: 300 gr
  • Ginger: 40 gr
  • Fresh Oregan: 1 Tufts
  • Pink Pepper: To taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil: To taste
  • Salt: To taste
Steps

Dice the courgettes in small bits

Place 100 ml of water into the bottom of the Care Plus Protect Steamer

Place the courgettes into the lower basket and place the basket into the dish steamer
4
Arrange the prawns tails into the higher basket and place it over the lower one
5
Cover with the lid, place the Steamer into the microwave cavity than set the cooking time to 10 minutes and power level to 700W (P100 for Candy microwaves)
6
Serve sprinkled with salt, pink pepper and a drizzle of oil
